Terms and Conditions for SM Easycodez
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all contracts for the use of the platform SM Easycodez, available at socialmedia.easycodez.de, operated by:

SM Easycodez is intended for both consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
2. Subject of the Agreement
SM Easycodez is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to plan, manage, automate, and publish content on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other supported services.
The software is provided solely as a technical tool. Responsibility for all published content remains entirely with the user.
Different subscription plans may be offered, including a free plan with limited functionality and paid subscriptions with extended features.
3. Registration and User Account
Registration is required to use the SM Easycodez platform.
Users agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
Login credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
User accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Plans, Services, and Prices
- Free Plan: Limited features, free of charge
- Monthly Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions cancellable monthly
- 12-Month Subscriptions: Discounted annual subscriptions
The current scope of services and pricing is available on:

Payments are processed in advance via Stripe or PayPal.
All displayed prices include applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Contract Duration and Termination
Monthly Plans:
Can be cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of the current billing month.
12-Month Subscriptions:
Can be cancelled with one month’s notice before the end of the minimum subscription term.
If no cancellation is made before the renewal date, the subscription automatically renews according to the selected billing cycle.
Cancellations may be submitted:
- via the user account settings
- via email to hello@easycodez.de
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted informally by email to:

If the user has already used paid services during the withdrawal period, a proportional amount may be charged for services already provided.
No right of withdrawal exists for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.
7. User Obligations
Users agree:
- not to publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harmful, or copyright-infringing content
- to only publish content for which they own or possess the required rights and permissions
- not to misuse the platform for spam, automated abuse, bots, or denial-of-service attacks
- not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or exploit security vulnerabilities
- to comply with the terms and policies of connected third-party services such as TikTok, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
8. Responsibility for Content
SM Easycodez solely provides technical tools and infrastructure.
Users are solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, scheduled, automated, or published through the platform.
SM Easycodez does not generally monitor, moderate, verify, or control user-generated content.
9. Usage Rights
The provider grants users a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the SM Easycodez platform within the limits of the selected subscription plan.
Users may not:
- copy or reproduce the platform or software
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the platform
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code unless legally permitted
- make the service available to unauthorized third parties
10. Platform Availability
SM Easycodez aims for an average monthly platform availability of 99%.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance work
- security updates
- technical issues
- third-party service outages
- force majeure events
To the extent legally permitted, no liability is assumed for temporary downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
11. Third-Party Services and APIs
SM Easycodez may integrate with external platforms and APIs including TikTok, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Stripe, and PayPal.
The availability and functionality of these integrations depend on the respective third-party providers.
SM Easycodez is not responsible for:
- changes made by third-party platforms
- API limitations or restrictions
- account suspensions imposed by external providers
- service interruptions caused by third parties
Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of connected third-party platforms.
12. Liability
The provider is liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
In particular, SM Easycodez assumes no liability for:
- damages resulting from published or automated content
- loss of revenue, profit, reputation, or business opportunities
- actions taken by social media platforms against user accounts or content
- interruptions caused by third-party providers or APIs
- indirect or consequential damages
13. Changes to the T&C
SM Easycodez reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Users will be informed about changes via email or platform notification.
If the user does not object within 14 days after notification, the amended Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted.
14. Data Protection
Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy of SM Easycodez available on socialmedia.easycodez.de.
15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law shall apply to all legal relationships between the provider and the user, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For entrepreneurs, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany.
For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction provisions shall apply.
16. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the original economic intent.
