These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for the use of the platform socialmedia.easycodez.de, operated by:

socialmedia.easycodez.de is aimed at both consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
mediaposter.app is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to plan, manage, and automatically publish content on social networks. The software is provided solely as a technical tool. Responsibility for the published content lies with the user.
Different plans are available, including a free plan with limited features and paid subscriptions with extended functionalities.
Registration is required to use the platform. The user agrees to provide complete and accurate information. Login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties. User accounts are non-transferable.
Free Plan: Limited features, no payment required
Monthly Subscriptions: Paid, cancellable on a monthly basis
12-Month Subscriptions: Discounted, cancellable annually
The scope of services is based on the current plan descriptions on the website: socialmedia.easycodez.de
Payments are made in advance via Stripe or PayPal. All prices include statutory VAT.
Monthly Plan: Cancellation with 1 month’s notice to the end of the month
12-Month Subscription: Cancellation with 1 month’s notice before the end of the minimum term
If no cancellation is made, the contract automatically renews for an additional month.
Cancellations can be made at any time via email (hello@mediaposter.app) or in the user account.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal may be made informally by email to hello@mediaposter.app.
If the service is used during the withdrawal period, a pro-rata amount may be charged.
No right of withdrawal exists for entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
The user agrees:
not to distribute illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing content
to only publish content for which they hold the necessary rights
not to carry out automated attacks (bots, DDoS, etc.) on the platform
not to exploit or disclose security vulnerabilities
The provider only provides the technical tool.
The user is solely responsible for the content created, planned, or published via mediaposter.app.
mediaposter.app does not check, moderate, or influence the published content.
The provider grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the software within the chosen plan.
It is prohibited to reproduce, resell, license, or otherwise make the platform or parts thereof available to third parties.
mediaposter.app is operated with an average monthly availability of 99%. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.
No liability is assumed for unavailability or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
In particular, no liability is assumed:
for damages caused by published content
for disruptions with third-party providers (e.g., social media platforms)
for lost revenue, reputational damage, or other indirect damages
The provider reserves the right to amend these T&C when necessary. Users will be informed by email or platform notification. If the user does not object within 14 days, the amended T&C shall be deemed accepted.

German law applies. For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
